In our hope there is healing, in our faith there is strength

and in giving ourselves permission to heal, there is courage.

Their memory is both a glimpse of the past and a promise for the future.

In our healing we begin to honour the loss, find the light and cherish the memories.

It does not mean that we do not miss them; we do and always will.
